LessSnore is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

1. Local-First Privacy

LessSnore is designed as a local-first app.

We do not operate a server for storing your sleep recordings, Health data, audio clips, reports, or day logs. Your data is stored on your iPhone and, where applicable, exchanged locally between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple system frameworks.

We do not sell your data.

We do not use your data for advertising.

We do not track you across apps or websites.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.

2. Information the App Processes

LessSnore may process the following information on your device when you grant permission or choose to use related features.

Microphone and Audio Data

When you start a sleep session, LessSnore uses the microphone to record sleep audio and analyze sound levels. This may include:

• Sleep audio clips
• Decibel samples
• Snoring events
• Suspected breathing pause patterns
• Audio-derived charts and reports

Audio files are stored locally on your device unless you delete them or change your retention settings.
